Vo Thanh Binh holds a bachelor’s degree in construction from the Bach Khoa University of HCM city; he is a seasoned investor and developer in the field of asset management and business financing in Vietnam and abroad. He is the principal developer of many major projects including public transportation, construction, high technology, training and public health, focusing on project management, asset management and development. Plus, he guides the development of content milling workflows to ensure consistent operational excellence. Mr. Vo identified and translated the company’s goals into new short-term and long-term strategic plans.
In addition, Mr. Vo has succeeded in connecting commercial investments to bring maximum profits to his investors. His experience is rich and varied having worked across domains like hardcore Construction, Business Development, Contracts Management and Property Development. Dr. Thomas La is a well trained USA Electrical Engineer that performed Satellite systems analyst at Loral AeroSpace and as principle of VietWays Corp. He has already established extensive network of business contacts and development in his native country Viet Nam, U.S.A and abroad. He devotes his knowledge and expertise to assist the company in accomplishing its goals. In addition, Dr. Thomas La is an U.S.A trained medical expert in the field of chiropractic and traditional Asian herbal medicine. He has carried out extensive research in health care planning and hospital development. He has established large network of contacts with major U.S.A financial and business institutions.

Prof. Tran has coordinated with different institutions in planning and supporting the development of technical cooperation and collaboration between HOTEC College and other countries. He developed and maintained structured cooperation frameworks with the bilateral international partners in the assigned areas of responsibility; his works included factors of conceptualizing, developing, and managing technical assistance projects in the assigned areas of responsibility, including assessing the needs of beneficiaries, budgetary, resource planning, monitoring and evaluation of project impact.
In addition, Prof. Tran performed the position of Head of the Research Department, his role is to provide strategic direction, leadership, and support to ensure the success and impact of research activities within the HOTEC organization.
